Job Responsibilities/主要职责：

1. Daily monitor the product quality status.

监控产品质量状态。

2. Handle and take immediately actions to solve the quality issues from plant and customer site, including QPR, BPS and others.

处理并及时采取措施解决来自厂内及客户处的质量问题，包括QPR，BPS等。

3. Develop and maintain process quality control plan (***), incoming inspection WI and related quality record format, Visual standard, etc.

负责编制并维护控制计划、来料检验作业指导书等与质量相关的文件。

4. Coach operator conducting *** correctly and relative quality activities.

对操作工等相关人员培训控制计划等相关质量文件。

5. Take part in project management through APQP and attain all customer PPAPs on time per customer schedule.

参与新项目的质量控制和策划，根据客户要求的时间节点完成PPAP的提交和批准。

6. Collect and analyze process quality data coming from production line like FTQ, Cpk, scrap to lead CI activities.

收集并分析FTQ, Cpk,报废等质量数据以便采取有效措施达到持续改进。

7. Track all corrective and preventive actions status.

跟踪所有纠正和预防措施的状态。



Requirements/要求:

1. B.S. degree in Mechanical area.

机械类本科学历

2. More than 3 years working experience in quality of automotive components manufacturing enterprises.

3年以上汽车零部件制造企业质量方面工作经验

3. Good personal communication skill

有良好的沟通技能

4. Able to skillfully read blueprints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).

能很好地读懂各种图纸，包括理解形位公差尺寸

5. Practical knowledge and experience of IATF16949

熟悉IATF16949

6. Able to understand and apply SPC tools to process control.

能理解并运用SPC工具于过程控制中

7. Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English.

能很好地用英语进行沟通，包括口头和书面

8. Be familiar to PDP, P/DFMEA, ***, MSA, etc.

熟悉PDP, P/DFMEA, ***及MSA等

9. Good people skills and critical problem solving skills

良好的人际关系和问题解决能力。
