Job Responsibilities:

?Plan, manage, and execute development and verification testing of controlled brake system applications on specific customer vehicle programs.

?Coordinate with customers & co-workers

?Review & comprehend performance specifications

?Meet project assignments on time

?Optimize brake control calibrations to meet vehicle performance targets.

?Manage and release calibrations.

?Actively engage in evaluating vehicle performance and in tuning vehicle performance to meet the customer"s brand character image for the vehicle.

?Analyze, document, and present test results.

?Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions.

?Perform robustness testing.

?Design new test procedures and specifications

?Benchmark activity



Qualifications:

?Bachelor degree or the above with Automotive Engineering background

?Knowledge of C language, Matlab Simulink/Stateflow is preferred

?Experience in vehicle CAN data analysis is preferred

?Customer focused

?Ability to work on a team

?Good oral and written communication skills

?Strong interpersonal skills and abilities

?High level of analytical skills

?High level of enthusiasm for working with vehicles.

?Knowledgeable of Personal Computers with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

?Possesses good organizational skills and abilities

· 分析与改进问题

· 负责整车可靠性试验

· 设计、完善试验流程和规范

本科以上学位，车辆工程相关专业优先 懂C语言、Matlab Simulink/Stateflow者优先 有整车CAN网络数据分析能力者优先 关注客户需求 有团队合作精神 良好的口语及书面表达能力 良好的人际沟通能力 较强的逻辑分析能力 对车辆试验工作充满热情 熟练使用日常办公软件 有一定的组织能力
